Hi:

Your product is very useful. But I have a requirement, can you tell me if we can esily modify the code to make it possible. What I am looking for is have groups. For example. If I have 10 investment accounts say 1 to 10, I want to associate each of them to one of the say 3 groups a,b,c. Also create a filter that when i select show accounts in grouup A, the user should only see those accounts. This much requirement is sufficient for now, but would also like to get budget vs income charts etc etc group wise too. Let me know if its easily doable, and if you could guide me, I can then share the code back with the community to enhance this base product.

Thanks,
Ash

Hi. I loved your software. I downloaded it and tried it on my windows box (I know it's not what it is supposed to be, but that is what I can use where I need it). And now there is a problem... After I completed everything that you've written as directions on the project's website, I got a connection to the database, but the welcome page is all messed up. It is not showing any menus, just the "Powered by.." text and some random code, which I found is to be from the files in system/application/views directory. Do you have any idea how can I fix this?

mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.67, for Win32 (ia32)
PHP Version 5.2.6
Apache/2.2.9 (Win32)

Thanks in advance.

Good work. Just a sugestion:

1) Under the same category it should not be possible to create 2 subcategories with the same name. In the online demo under Entertainment (in Expenses) I created 3 identical subcategories named "Mags".

2) Sorry for the stupid question (it's late in the night!), but how can I delete a category or subcategory (for ex. "Mags") ?

keep your good work

Thank you for the suggestion. I have enabled the feature in the latest release (0.1.6). You can download it at sourceforge.

I found your site on technorati and read a few of your other posts. Keep up the good work. I just added your RSS feed to my Google News Reader. Looking forward to reading more from you.
